I only accept payments through PayPal for real currencies for now.

Payment must be sent upfront; I will not start the commission until I have fully received the payment.

Refunds will not be issued for completed pieces. Refunds are possible if I am unable to complete the commission, and the amount refunded will depend on the progress made (e.g., sketch, color stage, etc.).

You can cancel the commission, but be aware that the refund will be partial and will depend on how far along I am with the work, similar to the previous point.

Please ensure you are financially capable of paying the agreed price before commissioning

You are welcome to request updates or WIPs once a week at most. I work at a slower pace, so unless it's an urgent situation (birthday gift, specific deadline, etc.), I kindly ask that you avoid requesting frequent updates to prevent any added pressure or anxiety. However, for quicker or simpler commissions, such as sketches, I’m more open to providing updates more frequently

IMPORTANT: I do NOT give updates/ WIPS for skeb commissions as the concept is to have few to 0 communication between the client and the artist!

Major composition changes can be requested during the sketch phase only. Once the sketch is completed/ validated, I will no longer accept major changes (e.g., changing characters, background, etc.). Minor changes can be requested at any time, but please use this option sparingly.

For art commissions, I only accept visual references of your character(s). Requests with text-only descriptions will be automatically declined.

If your character has a complex design, charges can be added to the final pricing of the commission.

Don't ask me to copy a certain artstyle from any media/ artist/ etc... I go with mine only. I won't do realism neither.

You are free to repost or use the commissioned artwork (e.g., profile picture, banner, edits, etc.) on your platforms. Credits are highly appreciated.

For commercial uses, I'm open to discuss about the price

For character designs or adopts, you are granted free commercial use. Credits are appreciated but not required. (Note: If you repost the original design concept art I created, credits are required.)

I won't accept any suggestive requests or character designs if you are a minor.

You are strictly prohibited from using any of my artwork for AI or NFT purposes, whether for commercial use or not.

I don't provide the original files of the artwork (I work on Procreate). Please don't request them.

Be aware that I retain the rights to my work, and there is a possibility I may use the commissioned piece in my portfolio/ personal website or post it on my socials. If you prefer this not to happen for any reason, please inform me as soon as possible.
